Main responsibilities will include:

  • Translate strategic priorities into clear implementation plans with defined deliverables, ownership, deadlines and KPIs.
  • Manage key projects and workstreams across Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Retail, eCommerce and IT.
  • Maintain central project roadmaps, milestone trackers and governance processes to ensure initiatives remain on track.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, challenge delays and ensure recovery plans are implemented where required.
  • Produce clear reporting for senior management covering progress, risks, blockers, dependencies and key decisions.
  • Maintain PMO governance including RAID logs, RACI structures, project trackers, decision logs and escalation processes.
  • Identify project risks and resource constraints, working with stakeholders to develop appropriate mitigation plans.
  • Support business transformation, process improvement and implementation of new systems and ways of working.

Person specification:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience within PMO, programme management, transformation, strategy execution, consulting or a similar role.
  • Previous experience within retail, sportswear or licensed fashion is essential.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience of project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet or Jira advantageous.
