An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Coordinator to join a highly regarded luxury brand. Working closely with the Production Manager, this role plays a key part in ensuring the seamless execution of the production process across leather goods and accessories. This role ensures accuracy of systems, smooth coordination with vendors, and timely execution of production and industrialisation milestones. Based in the London office 5 days a week. You must speak Italian to be considered for this role.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production data across internal systems, including SKUs, vendor details, and delivery timelines.
- Support the execution of production orders, issuing and validating purchase orders and ensuring alignment on quantities, pricing, and deadlines.
- Coordinate industrialisation processes, tracking key milestones (PPS, seal samples, TOP) and ensuring adherence to critical paths.
- Act as a key liaison with vendors, communicating updates, tracking progress, and following up on delays or issues.
- Oversee packaging coordination, ensuring materials are ordered, tracked, and aligned with production requirements.
- Support logistics and delivery processes, including barcode management and coordination of inbound shipments.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of quality control documentation and packs to external partners.
- Monitor production progress and reporting, providing clear updates to internal stakeholders and escalating risks where needed.
Person Specification:
- 3+ years' experience in production or industrialisation within a luxury or premium environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data and systems management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with production or ERP systems.
- Clear and professional communication skills, with confidence working across internal teams and external suppliers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining structure and precision.
- Fluent in Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with Italian-speaking suppliers.
