We are currently recruiting on behalf of Reebok for an exciting opportunity as an Online Marketplace Planner & Buyer. As Reebok continues to expand its marketplace presence across the UK and Europe, they are looking for a commercially driven and hands‑on Online Marketplace Planner & Buyer to support the growth and performance of their digital marketplace business across leading platforms including Zalando, About You, ASOS, and others. Based in London, this is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and evolving team where you will have real visibility, ownership, and the chance to contribute to shaping marketplace operations across Europe.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Defining the optimal assortment by channel, from initial product selection through to order confirmation
- Planning seasonal investments by category in line with channel strategy and demand forecasts
- Supporting Wholesale & Concessions buying activities during key sales campaigns
- Managing replenishment flows and inventory optimisation across B2B and E‑Concessions channels
- Monitoring sell‑through performance at SKU and category level, identifying risks and opportunities proactively
- Tracking and reporting on weekly KPIs including sell‑through, stock coverage, and OTB
- Owning seasonal catalogue creation and master data maintenance across multiple channels
- Analysing data and performance trends to provide commercially actionable insights
- Coordinating with marketplace partners regarding stock, delivery, and product information queries
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and external marketplace partners across Europe
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in a similar Planning, Buying, or Marketplace role
- Background within fashion, footwear, sportswear, or e‑commerce environments preferred
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, forecasting models, and sell‑through analysis
- Strong understanding of marketplace and e‑commerce KPIs including sell‑through, stock coverage, and inventory management
- Experience with feed management and product data systems; PIM knowledge would be advantageous
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional and international teams
- Genuine interest in marketplace innovation and evolving digital retail platforms
