Nightwear/ Loungewear Designer

A fantastic opportunity has arisen with our client a leading supplier to major high street retailers and supermarkets. Our client is seeking a commercially driven Nightwear /Loungewear Designer with a strong trend-focused feminine portfolio and solid product development experience. This is a brilliant chance to join a successful, fast-paced business working within their established design team Key Duties & Responsibilities will include Create and develop commercial, trend-led designs for key retail accounts Work closely with buyers to present ranges and respond to briefs Oversee product development from initial concept through to production Source and develop fabrics in line with seasonal trends Create mood boards, colour palettes, and trend direction presentations Conduct in-depth trend research and produce clear concept designs and technical packs Collaborate closely with the sales team and report directly to the Design Director Person specification Proven experience designing women\’s nightwear and/or loungewear Highly commercial with a strong understanding of the UK high street market A feminine and trend-aware design aesthetic Strong technical skills, including the ability to produce detailed and clear tech packs Experience working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple deadlines Confident, ambitious, and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Background in design from either a supplier or retailer TPBN1_UKTJ
