This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established high street fashion supplier with a strong presence across the UK market. Based in their central London design studio, the role sits within a collaborative and creative team and reports into a Senior Designer. The business offers great training and progression in a friendly, fast-paced environment, with hybrid working (4 days in the office, 1 from home).
Main responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the design and planning of seasonal menswear outerwear and leisurewear ranges
  • Producing CADs for buyer presentations and internal development
  • Creating accurate tech packs for sampling
  • Maintaining up-to-date sample trackers and fabric/trim libraries
  • Supporting communication with internal merchandising teams and buyer teams
  • Compiling regular shop reports and seasonal trend packs
  • Contributing to inspirational trips and fabric sourcing
  • Keeping internal systems organised and up to date (including OneDrive)

Person specification:

  • Experience in menswear design, ideally with exposure to outerwear or leisurewear
  • Strong CAD skills – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign essential
  • Working knowledge of Excel; CLO 3D experience is a bonus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial awareness with a forward-thinking, trend-led approach
  • Highly organised and team-focused, with a positive and proactive attitude
