Reebok Europe is seeking a commercially driven and meticulous Product Line Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of SMUs (Special Make-Ups) across key accounts and markets. This role sits at the intersection of merchandising, product creation, sales, and marketing, ensuring that tailored product assortments meet the specific needs of strategic partners while aligning with Reebok's brand vision and seasonal direction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Briefing through development, commercialisation, and performance tracking, delivering compelling, account specific product that drives revenue and strengthens key relationships.
- Defining and executing seasonal SMU strategies aligned with Reebok Europe's commercial goals and brand direction.
- Identifying SMU opportunities across key accounts, collaborations, markets, and product categories.
- Tracking SMU performance, analysing sales, risks, and opportunities to drive future product decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SMU development, wholesale business models, and end-to-end product creation across apparel and footwear. They should be commercially driven with strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills, able to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders. A passion for sportswear and consumer-led product, along with strong attention to detail and proficiency in PLM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential.
