We are looking for a Senior Creative Brand Manager to lead and elevate our visual identity across every customer touchpoint. Working closely with senior leadership, you will shape the creative vision, bring campaigns to life, and ensure everything we put into the world feels consistent, considered, and distinctive.
This role is for a multidisciplinary creative who can move confidently between bigâpicture brand thinking and handsâon design execution, someone with strong taste, cultural awareness, and a sharp eye for detail.
Main Responsibilities- Own and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
- Translate brand strategy into clear, compelling creative concepts and visual storytelling.
- Lead creative direction across digital and physical touchpoints, including web, email, social, print, packaging, and environmental applications.
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing assets (e.g., email templates and flows, presentations, catalogues/lookbooks, print collateral, and paid advertising assets).
- Oversee the website's visual experience, including layout updates, content refreshes, UX improvements, and ongoing maintenance in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Plan and direct photo/video shoots from concept to delivery (moodboards, storyboards, styling direction, props/sets, location scouting, onâset direction).
- Manage external creative partners and freelancers (e.g., photographers, stylists, retouchers, editors, designers), ensuring highâquality output and smooth delivery.
- Create promotional and event materials as needed, both digital and printed.
- Previous experience in brand design, creative direction, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in relevant creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, video editing software).
- Confident communicator, able to interpret feedback, present ideas clearly, and collaborate across teams.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity development, digital design, and campaign execution.
- Comfortable working across formats: digital, print, and simple motion/video.
- Experience directing shoots and producing content with external collaborators.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fastâpaced environment.
