This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven Sales Manager to join a globally recognised brand within a dynamic and fast-paced fashion environment. You will play a key role in driving international sales growth, building strong retail partnerships, and shaping the seasonal commercial strategy across UK and European markets.

Main Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Lead and drive sales performance across UK and European wholesale channels, delivering seasonal sales and margin targets.
  • Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors and agents, negotiating commercial agreements and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Develop seasonal sales forecasts, business plans and performance reviews, providing analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Design, Merchandising and Creative teams to ensure collections align with customer demand, commercial objectives and market trends.
  • Manage pricing architecture, margin planning and trading strategies across multiple markets and sales channels.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock optimisation and clearance strategies to maximise profitability and minimise excess stock.
  • Support the planning and execution of seasonal sales launches, customer presentations and marketing activations to drive brand growth and engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights, using data-driven analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

Person Specification:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Sales Manager or similar commercial role within the fashion industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the UK and European fashion markets, with experience working within premium, contemporary or lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth, managing key accounts and successfully negotiating commercial agreements.
  • Highly analytical with strong forecasting, reporting and business planning skills, supported by advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Commercially minded, proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
