They are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Merchandiser to join their growing team. You will play a key role in supporting product, inventory, and trading decisions through detailed analysis, planning, and reporting.
Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Preparing weekly, quarterly, and seasonal trade and inventory performance reports to provide actionable insights to the wider team.
- Conducting comprehensive post-event and promotional analyses, identifying successes and opportunities for improvement.
- Compiling detailed seasonal product reviews, highlighting key successes, underperforming products, and opportunities for future seasons.
- Conducting monthly website performance analyses and recommending corrective actions where required.
- Providing ad hoc analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.

Person Specification:
- Experience within merchandising, inventory management, retail planning, buying, or retail analytics.
- Degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working within a fashion, sportswear, lifestyle, or retail environment would be advantageous.
- Experience using Shopify is desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
