We are working with a global fashion business with a dynamic portfolio of sports and lifestyle licences, who are looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic Designer to join their Menswear and Boyswear team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a real passion for graphics, apparel, sports, streetwear and licensed product. You will be involved in all areas of graphics, from apparel graphics and production-ready artwork through to tech packs, in-store POS, trend research and mood boards. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will create trend-led, brand-right designs that bring licensed collections to life while continuing to develop your creative ownership and technical skills. Main responsibilities will include:
- Creating trend-led, brand-appropriate graphics across menswear and boyswear licensed collections
- Developing original commercial artwork, apparel graphics, placement prints and graphic concepts
- Producing production-ready artwork, tech packs and design specifications for sampling and production
- Supporting the creation of in-store POS, presentation materials, trend boards and mood boards
- Researching sports, lifestyle, streetwear, youth culture and market trends to inform new graphic direction
- Liaising with licensors, brand teams and buyers to present concepts and ensure brand guidelines are followed
- Supporting sampling development and working closely with internal teams to ensure artwork is delivered accurately
- Attending licence meetings and trade shows to stay connected with market and customer direction
Person specification:
- Previous experience within menswear, boyswear or apparel graphics, ideally across sports, lifestyle or licensed product
- Ideally educated to degree level in Graphic Design, Fashion Graphics, Fashion Design or a related creative subject
- Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills with the ability to create commercial, production-ready artwork
- A strong eye for trend, colour, layout and graphic handwriting, with a passion for sports, motorsport and streetwear culture
- Highly organised, positive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
