We're looking for a highly organised and creatively minded Junior Creative Manager to support the development and delivery of Hunter's brand campaigns.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager/Head of Brand and wider Marketing, E-commerce, Commercial and Operations teams you'll help bring creative concepts to life across e-com assets, campaigns, content, retail, social and digital channels.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in a creative, fashion or lifestyle environment who is passionate about storytelling, visual culture and delivering best-in-class creative work.
Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Support the Hunter brand in the planning and delivery of seasonal brand campaigns and creative projects.
- Manage e-com asset delivery for all Hunter collections/collaborations in a timely manner.
- Coordinate budgets with internal stakeholders and external agencies, photographers, stylists, production partners and freelancers.
- Develop creative briefs and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
- Maintain consistency across all customer touchpoints, ensuring all work aligns with Hunter's brand identity and creative guidelines.
- Review creative and retouching notes on all assets before release, ensuring accuracy, quality and brand consistency.
- Assist in the planning and execution of campaign shoots, including pre-production, shoot logistics and post-production.
- Support the rollout of campaign assets across e-commerce, CRM, social media, retail, wholesale and PR.
- Research trends, competitors and cultural moments to inspire creative development. Help manage creative asset libraries and campaign documentation.

- Experience within a fashion, retail, lifestyle or creative agency environment.
- Creative/production e-commerce experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling and campaign development.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Experience working with creative production, photography and digital content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel, Canva etc.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly In Design, Photoshop and Acrobat) is advantageous.
