We are recruiting for a global group of companies that hold the licenses for many sportswear brands. They are Seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to manage all inventory activities across the EU market for the Reebok brand. This role ensures optimal stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand while minimising excess and obsolete inventory in alignment with business object. You will work closely with procurement, supply chain, logistics, and sales teams to deliver accurate inventory forecasting, control, and reporting.

Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to support business goals and optimise stock levels across all European Union markets.
  • Monitor stock performance and turnover rates, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions to reduce excess or obsolete inventory.
  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to align inventory planning with demand forecasts, promotional activities and seasonal variations.
  • Manage stock reconciliation processes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of inventory data across all relevant systems.
  • Lead the monthly, quarterly and annual inventory reporting, providing insights and analysis to senior management.
  • Implement and maintain robust stock control procedures and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Oversee inventory audits and physical stock counts, addressing discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with logistics and distribution partners to enhance stock flow efficiency and minimise delays.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within inventory management processes.
  • Ensure effective communication and training related to inventory policies and practises across relevant team

PERSON SPECIFICATION :

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practises.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel to uk dcs and Netherlands or potentially other European locations
  • Experience in inventory management, preferably within retail, wholesale, or supply chain environments.
  • Proven track record of managing inventory operations within a multi-market or multinational context is advantageous.
  • Experience working with brands or within the sportswear or fashion sectors is desirable
