Main Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and inspire the Senior Designer and wider Design team, ensuring creative output is consistent, high-quality, and fully aligned with the Juicy Couture brand identity and commercial objectives.
- Own the external range review and approval process for Footwear and Jewellery collections, ensuring all products meet brand standards and are commercially viable across all relevant markets.
- Report directly to the Chairman and Board of Directors, providing clear and strategic updates on creative direction, brand performance, and seasonal design strategy.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts and integrated marketing plans that are on-brand and directly support sales objectives.
- Drive brand growth strategies and lead collaboration projects from end to end - including identifying partnership opportunities, developing initial design concepts, and overseeing marketing execution.
- Oversee the full collection approvals process with brand owners, licensors, and external stakeholders, acting as the primary representative of the brand in key meetings.
- Develop, update, and present brand decks in line with seasonal sales launches, ensuring all materials are compelling, accurate, and reflect the current brand direction.

Person Specification
- Minimum 8 years' experience within fashion, lifestyle, or branded retail environments, ideally spanning both high street and designer-level brands, with previous exposure to roles such as Commercial Manager, Brand Manager, Buying Manager, or Head of Design.
- Proven leadership capability with a track record of managing and inspiring cross-functional teams across design, product, marketing, and commercial functions - a natural figurehead who leads with presence and purpose.
