Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Developing original design concepts aligned with brand identity, customer profile, and market trends
- Creating seasonal colour palettes, detailed sketches, CADs, and technical design packs across blouses, dresses, and beachwear categories
- Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure designs are commercially viable and production-ready
- Researching and interpreting current and emerging fashion trends, translating them into commercially successful ranges
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering to agreed deadlines and client briefs
