A new opportunity has arisen to join my client, a leading apparel supplier of ladies, mens and childrenswear working with top retailers and supermarkets like Primark, George, Matalan, and Sainsbury's. They are growing fast and seeking a talented Account Manager to drive client success and help them expand further. This role will have an emphasis on growing the Next account and as such the successful candidate must have previous experience working for a supplier managing the Next account or have previous apparel buying experience at Next. Based in my client's Leicester office, this role is open to either a part time or full time basis.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives
- Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Identifying opportunities for account growth and collaborating on strategies to maximise client satisfaction
- Monitoring account performance and preparing comprehensive reports to keep clients informed and engaged
- Addressing client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Person specifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain lasting relationships
- Apparel experience in ladies, men's or childrenswear
- Supplier experience working with Next or buying experience at Next
- Strong organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts efficiently
