A fantastic new role has opened up with our client, a leading supplier of ladies' knitwear to top retailers across the UK. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for a talented Ladies Knitwear Designer to join their friendly and growing team. Based in the vibrant heart of Manchester, this is a brilliant opportunity for a confident and self-motivated designer who is ready to take the lead in a rapidly expanding business. You'll be working at the mid to premium level, involved from initial concept through to customer meetings and presentations. Our client offers the chance to make a real impact in their thriving ladies' knitwear division. You'll need a strong eye for emerging trends and a solid understanding of yarns, construction, and the full design-to-delivery process.
Main Responsibilities & Duties will include:
- Transforming trends into commercially successful knitwear collections
- Using market insights to guide product development and deliver tailored ranges
- Creating seasonal in-house collections for a variety of customers
- Collaborating with product development teams to bring concepts to life
- Driving innovation by identifying fresh ideas and upcoming trends

Person Specification:
- Previous experience in ladies knitwear design, preferably some supplier experience
