We are excited to be partnering with a global fashion business who are looking for a new Key Account Coordinator to join the team. The role focuses on coordinating day-to-day account activity, maintaining accurate systems and documentation, and supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle. This role will suit someone with a strong administrative skill set, ideally within the fashion industry looking to further their career in a collaborative team environment.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Deliver proactive, high-level administrative support to Key Account Managers, helping drive seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional client service.
- Support the preparation, analysis, and ongoing management of cost sheets to ensure accuracy and commercial efficiency.
- Coordinate and manage sales and purchase orders from creation through to completion.
- Maintain and update critical business data across internal systems, trackers, and shared documentation to support operational excellence.
- Manage and maintain product information across customer portals, ensuring all data is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards.
- Assist with product style creation and system setup to support smooth product launches and ongoing account management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Sales, and Approvals to ensure projects progress smoothly and deadlines are achieved.
Person specification:
- Previous experience within an administrative, coordinator, or sales support role, ideally in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Confident and capable user of Microsoft Excel, with strong data handling and reporting skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems and managing information across multiple platforms.
- Ability to multitask, work to tight deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
