We are a working with a leading fashion supplier based in London, working with some of the UK\’s most well-known high street retailers. They are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Designer specialising in lingerie and sleepwear to join their team. As a Junior Designer, you\’ll support the design team in creating and developing commercial collections across lingerie and sleepwear that meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-paced market. You\’ll gain hands-on experience across the full design lifecycle, from trend research and concept development to customer presentations and sample fittings. Main Responsibilities will include: Assist in designing seasonal collections across lingerie and sleepwear ranges Research and interpret key trends, colours, and fabrics to support creative direction Develop CADs and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator Assist with range development, mood boards, and presentation materials Attend fit sessions and liaise with the technical and production teams Communicate effectively with Buyers and internal stakeholders Support with sample management and adhoc tasks Person Specifications: Degree in Fashion Design or a related field Previous design experience across lingerie and sleepwear Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Strong eye for colour, fabric, and trend direction Basic understanding of garment construction and fabrics Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn TPBN1_UKTJ
