We are a working with a leading fashion supplier based in London, working with some of the UK\’s most well-known high street retailers. They are looking for a passionate and creative Junior Designer specialising in lingerie and sleepwear to join their team.
As a Junior Designer, you\’ll support the design team in creating and developing commercial collections across lingerie and sleepwear that meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-paced market. You\’ll gain hands-on experience across the full design lifecycle, from trend research and concept development to customer presentations and sample fittings.
Main Responsibilities will include:
- Assist in designing seasonal collections across lingerie and sleepwear ranges
- Research and interpret key trends, colours, and fabrics to support creative direction
- Develop CADs and technical drawings using Adobe Illustrator
- Assist with range development, mood boards, and presentation materials
- Attend fit sessions and liaise with the technical and production teams
- Communicate effectively with Buyers and internal stakeholders
- Support with sample management and adhoc tasks
Person Specifications:
- Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- Previous design experience across lingerie and sleepwear
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong eye for colour, fabric, and trend direction
- Basic understanding of garment construction and fabrics
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, team-oriented, and eager to learn
