A well-established fashion supplier is looking to appoint a Junior Account Manager to support the continued growth of its customer base. This role will be key in managing the full order process from initial confirmation through to final delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and external retail partners. The role would suit someone with experience in a similar environment who is highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Main responsibilities
- Managing forward order processes including customer meetings, order sheets, PO checks, and reconciliations
- Tracking production and delivery timelines via critical path management and resolving any delays
- Supporting in-season trading by generating available-to-sell reports and preparing samples for meetings
- Communicating forecasted units and booking in deliveries with the warehouse and logistics teams
- Liaising with offshore teams and buyers to ensure accuracy in labelling, packaging, and deliveries
- Assisting with strategy development and preparing content for monthly and quarterly reviews
- Managing and developing an account coordinator, providing ongoing training and support
- Reviewing and improving internal processes while taking ownership of agreed objectives
