With a loyal customer following and an expanding product offering, they are looking for a commercially minded Buying & Production Manager to take ownership of product development, sourcing and production from concept through to delivery.

Main Responsibilities Will Include
Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from development through to delivery.
Building and sourcing commercially successful product ranges that maximise sales and profitability.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
Negotiating costs, lead times and production schedules to achieve target margins.
Managing the critical path, ensuring products are delivered on time and to the required quality standards.
Overseeing sampling, fit approvals and production sign-off processes.
Identifying and onboarding new suppliers and manufacturing partners where required.
Monitoring product performance and analysing sales data to identify opportunities and risks.
Working closely with internal teams to plan future ranges and product launches.
Ensuring quality control standards are maintained throughout the production process.
Managing freight, delivery schedules and production timelines to support business objectives.
Presenting product performance and sourcing updates to senior stakeholders.
Person Specification
Previous experience within Buying, Production, Product Development or Sourcing, ideally within apparel or lifestyle products.
Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance creativity and profitability.
Proven experience negotiating with suppliers and managing factory relationships.
Excellent understanding of critical path management and production processes.
Experience managing product costings, margins and sourcing strategies.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A flexible and hands-on approach, comfortable working within a growing entrepreneurial business.
