A leading fashion business is looking to appoint an experienced ER Advisor to join their collaborative People team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting employee relations cases, delivering training to line managers, and driving positive workplace culture across both head office and warehouse environments.

You will work closely with the wider HR team to ensure consistent application of policies and procedures, provide expert guidance on a wide range of ER issues, and build strong relationships across the business. This is a great opportunity for someone confident in managing complex ER cases who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing expert advice on ER cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, and absence management
  • Supporting managers with investigations, hearings, and documentation to ensure legal and best practice compliance
  • Reviewing and updating HR policies in line with current employment law and business needs
  • Leading on proactive initiatives to improve employee engagement and communication
  • Delivering ER training to managers and supporting capability development across the business
  • Advising on occupational health referrals and supporting employees' return-to-work processes
  • Supporting ad hoc HR projects and contributing to continuous improvement across the team
Person specification:
  • Proven experience managing a range of ER issues within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Proactive, well-organised and confident managing multiple priorities
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car advantageous for warehouse site travel
