As part of this expansion, they are seeking an experienced E-commerce Merchandiser to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical ability, organisational excellence, and outstanding communication skills. This is a permanent position based in their Central London office. Main responsibilities will include: Catalogue Management Manage and maintain accurate product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and imagery Coordinate merchandise for content creation, ensuring digital assets align with global brand standards Collaborate cross-functionally to source, validate, and update product catalogue data Digital Merchandising Manage category placement, product sorting, cross-sells, upsells, and featured product rotations Update and optimise category and homepage layouts based on campaign and product performance Upload markdowns and promotions; create and manage promotional codes Enhance UX/UI by optimising navigation, filters, and the category tree structure Data & Performance Analysis Monitor category and product performance using tools like Google Analytics and BI platforms Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and traffic reports Use data-driven insights to optimise visibility, boost conversion, and improve customer engagement Propose and implement A/B testing strategies for merchandising performance Person specification: Minimum of 4 years\’ experience in e-commerce merchandising, inventory management, or retail analytics Bachelor\’s degree in Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Highly data-driven with a keen eye for product presentation and performance Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with GA4 and Microsoft Office Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities A true passion for streetwear fashion and trends TPBN1_UKTJ
