We're recruiting on behalf of a Group Company with a portfolio of reputable global brands, which is looking for a Customer Service and Operations Executive to join its Southend office. T his role will focus mainly on Amazon, across several of the group's brands, managing product, pricing, orders and deliveries through Amazon Vendor Central and the company's own ERP system. You'll be the link between customers, factories, warehouses and the sales team, keeping orders moving smoothly from confirmation through to delivery. Main responsibilities will include:
Managing product, pricing, orders, ASNs and delivery schedules for Amazon across several brands, using Amazon Vendor Central and the company ERP system (STYLEman V11)
Sending sales order confirmations to customers, resolving order queries, advising on order status and delivery delays, and providing customers with requested data
Uploading and maintaining styles and sales orders in the ERP system, including regular housekeeping to keep data accurate and up to date
Coordinating with logistics teams and warehouses to ensure timely shipments and deliveries, monitoring delivery schedules, processing customer booking forms and updating customers on any delays or issues
Providing barcodes and packing instructions to factories, and working with factories and shipping departments on salesman samples
Processing stock into inventory, allocating orders, and raising picking tickets and invoices
Sending weekly order books to customers, chasing them for bookings, maintaining customer databases and portals where appropriate, and addressing queries from credit control and finance
Providing accurate and efficient reporting throughout each sales season, supporting the Operations and sales teams with ad-hoc tasks relating to sales and purchase orders, and covering sickness and holiday leave within the customer service and operations department
