This role involves overseeing design projects across digital, print, and social media, including advertisements, email campaigns, packaging, website assets, and promotional materials.
Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Create and develop visually striking graphics for digital, print, and social media platforms, including advertisements, email campaigns, packaging, product catalogs, website assets, and promotional content.
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and cohesive visual identity.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive director, marketing team, and product teams to produce engaging designs that effectively communicate the brand’s story.
  • Manage multiple design and shooting projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and product launches, offering design expertise to elevate the brand’s presence.
  • Revise designs based on stakeholder feedback, ensuring final outputs meet expectations.

Person Specifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Ideally 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in a brand-focused or marketing environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital media, and print design.
