Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing bulk quality standards across established garment ranges including workwear, leisurewear and hi-vis product
- Reviewing lab dips, shade approvals and test reports to ensure consistency and compliance across production
- Acting as the first point of contact for technical customer queries, handling issues such as fabric faults, construction concerns and quality complaints in a professional and solutions-focused way
- Investigating product issues, identifying root causes and coordinating follow-up actions with factories, warehouse and internal teams
- Creating and maintaining quality procedures in line with company standards and global requirements
- Managing compliance documentation including SEDEX, BSCI and organic or sustainable certifications
- Liaising closely with overseas factories to ensure product meets required standards
- Supporting internal teams including Customer Service, Sales and Warehouse with technical guidance and product issue resolution
