A great opportunity has arisen to join a well-established fashion supplier as a Ladieswear Account Manager. Working closely with the design, merchandising and production teams, this role will be responsible for managing high street retail accounts, presenting seasonal collections, and ensuring smooth critical path management from initial concept through to delivery. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role ideal for someone with strong experience in apparel sales, garment manufacturing or fashion account management.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing existing retail and fashion brand accounts, building long-term relationships with buyers
- Identifying and onboarding new customers to drive business development
- Presenting seasonal collections, pricing structures and capabilities to key retail partners
- Coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure accurate communication of customer requirements
- Overseeing development confirmations, sample coordination, order tracking and approvals
- Monitoring production progress and ensuring timelines, pricing and quality expectations are met
- Staying up to date with market trends, fabric developments, competitor activity and customer buying patterns
- Providing market and customer feedback to inform design and product development
- Maintaining accurate sales and order records, and supporting management with reporting and planning
Person Specification:
- Experience in apparel sales, fashion account management or garment manufacturing
