Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a trend-led Woven designer with Teen Girlswear experience to join a leading fashion supplier based in London. Working in a fast-paced, creative environment, you will be part of a talented design team and report directly to the Design Manager. This role focuses on delivering fresh, commercial collections across multiproduct wovens for one of the leading retailers in this market.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop on-trend woven collections for the teen girlswear market across multi product.
- Research and interpret seasonal trends, translating them into commercially viable product suitable for their customer.
- Produce detailed tech packs and CADs for sampling and production.
- Incorporate handwriting styles suited to light embroidery with an Indian influence.
- Work closely with the Design Manager, buyers, and the wider team to meet briefs and deadlines.
- Present design concepts and mood boards to internal teams and customers.
- Liaise with factories and suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery in India, Bangladesh & China.
- Attend fit sessions and adapt designs based on feedback.

- Proven experience designing teen girlswear, with a focus on wovens.
- Strong understanding of TikTok-led trends and the style preferences of the teen market.
