We are working with a well-established fashion business who are seeking a Production Coordinator / Merchandiser to join their team working with womenswear & menswear multiproduct driving the entire production process ensuring designs are produced, manufactured, designed, and delivered in an efficient, high-quality manner.
Based in the London studio 5 days week, you will be working across multiple high street & higher end brands. You will have excellent Excel / admin skills and experience with PLM systems, as well as strong fabric knowledge, and must have passion and drive to support the wider teams. They are looking for a friendly, team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment!
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintaining critical path, monitoring, and managing key production and seasonal dates
- Oversee order management, from confirmation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and buyers to ensure smooth operations
- Chasing production, development, and fit samples
- Manage fabric, trim, and lab-dip submissions, ensuring decisions are made within agreed timelines
- Anticipate and flag potential issues, collaborating with the Head of Production to resolve challenges quickly
- Work closely with Garment Techs, Designers and Production teams, providing full support on critical path updates
Person Specification:
- Previous experience within fashion production / merchandising role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen eye for detail with proficiency in Excel and experience with PLM systems
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Able to prioritise efficiently and work to deadlines
- A proactive and results-oriented approach
