This is a highly personal, lifestyle-focused role, requiring an experienced PA with a proven track record of managing the day-to-day personal affairs of a senior executive or high-net-worth individual.

- Main Responsibilities
- Diary & Travel Management
- Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, balancing personal and business commitments with ease.
- Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries across multiple time zones.
- Meetings & Events
- Oversee the end‑to‑end coordination of meetings and engagements, including agendas, briefing packs, logistics and follow‑up actions.
- Ensure all appointments and events are executed to the highest standard.
- Personal & Lifestyle Support
- Provide comprehensive lifestyle management with absolute discretion, including appointments, reservations, household coordination and ad‑hoc personal requests.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring every aspect of the principal's personal life runs smoothly.
- Project Coordination
- Take ownership of a variety of personal and business projects, managing multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identify solutions, anticipate challenges and keep projects moving forward.
Person Specification
- Extensive experience as a senior-level Personal Assistant supporting high-profile executives, founders or high-net-worth individuals.
- Calm under pressure, highly organised and naturally proactive, with the ability to anticipate needs rather than react to them.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional approach.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel and Power Point.
- Previous experience within fashion, luxury, media or another creative industry would be highly advantageous.
