A well-established group of fashion brands is looking for an energetic and detail-focused Assistant Account Coordinator to join their London team. This is a great opportunity to support the coordination of orders for key retail accounts, working across multiple departments to ensure smooth communication and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, confident working in a fast-paced environment, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Setting up customer buy sheets and collating data to support order creation
- Entering and updating order details in internal systems including SAP
- Reconciling purchase orders and managing sales orders through to warehouse release
- Coordinating with logistics to monitor deliveries and flag potential delays
- Refreshing stock reports and tracking sold-out styles for review
- Sending out and managing return of samples for customer meetings
- Running weekly critical path reports and supporting trading updates
- Liaising with finance to resolve any invoice queries
