Recruitment Overview
We're recruiting for a fast‑growing fashion supplier looking for a proactive Junior Account Manager to support key retail accounts and help drive new business.
Based in London this role oversees lead generation and day‑to‑day commercial administration.
The candidate will research markets, promote products, maintain accurate sales records and collaborate with the sales team to hit targets, gaining end‑to‑end exposure to the fashion supply cycle.
- Main responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads; book and prepare client meetings/showroom appointments.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients; act as a responsive point of contact.
- Assist in developing sales strategies, proposals, and seasonal pitches/line sheets.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new categories, trends and pricing opportunities.
- Support order lifecycle: sample requests, costing follow‑ups, PO tracking and delivery updates.
- Liaise with internal teams (design, production, merchandising/logistics) to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Monitor account performance versus targets; flag risks/opportunities and suggest actions.
