Role Overview

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, with a passion for fashion and sport? We are seeking a talented Accessories Designer to develop trend-setting, technically proficient accessories for both men\’s and women\’s collections.

As an Accessories Designer , you will be responsible for creating and producing standout bags, headwear, knits, and loungewear across our diverse brand portfolio. You will collaborate directly with design teams, sales, factories, and suppliers to bring innovative concepts from initial design through to final production.

This is a permanent position.

Main Responsibilities

1. Design and develop accessories such as bags, socks, and headwear.
2. Research and experiment with materials, shapes, and hardware to create unique designs aligned with the brand\’s identity.
3. Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.
4. Stay updated on new materials, production techniques, and fashion trends, integrating them into your designs.
5. Participate in fittings, reviews, and production meetings to ensure quality and accuracy.
6. Research market trends, consumer preferences, and demands to inform designs.
7. Monitor current and future market needs to stay ahead of trends.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, merchandising, and marketing.
9. Maintain clear communication with overseas factories and suppliers.

1. Experience in a similar soft accessories role.
2. Experience working with international suppliers.
3. Strong attention to detail, quality, and design.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Solution-focused with resilience and flexibility.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
