Junior Account Manager - German Speaker in London

A well-established fashion supplier is looking to appoint a Junior Account Manager to support the continued growth of its customer base. This role will be key in managing the full order process from initial confirmation through to final delivery, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and external retail partners. The role would suit someone with years of experience in a similar environment who is highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Key responsibilities include Managing forward order processes including customer meetings, order sheets, PO checks, and reconciliations Tracking production and delivery timelines via critical path management and resolving any delays Supporting in-season trading by generating available-to-sell reports and preparing samples for meetings Communicating forecasted units and booking in deliveries with the warehouse and logistics teams Liaising with offshore teams and buyers to ensure accuracy in labelling, packaging, and deliveries Assisting with strategy development and preparing content for monthly and quarterly reviews Managing and developing an account coordinator, providing ongoing training and support Reviewing and improving internal processes while taking ownership of agreed objectives Person specification Experience in a similar role Strong attention to detail and confidence working in Excel Proactive, flexible and organised with the ability to meet deadlines A confident communicator with both internal and external stakeholders Problem solver with an analytical and solution-focused mindset
