What You'll Do
- Production – Follow the journey of our products from raw materials to final assembly, gaining practical skills with machine tools and understanding manufacturing workflow.
- Design Engineering – Develop CAD skills and apply engineering principles to support the design, development and modification of products.
- Configuration & Engineering Systems – Learn how to configure products within our ERP system, create accurate costings and provide essential manufacturing data.
- Production Engineering – Study manufacturing process development, improvement techniques and the introduction of new products.
- Quality Engineering – Discover quality control, inspection and continuous improvement practices that ensure products meet required standards.
- Supply Chain & Planning – Understand how production is planned, how materials are sourced and how suppliers support the manufacturing process.
- Contracts & Project Management – Manage engineering projects from concept to delivery, ensuring customer requirements and expectations are met.
- Technical Engineering – Gain an in-depth understanding of our products, how they operate and how technical information is created and shared, and support customers in selecting solutions.
- Laboratory & Product Testing – Learn how our products are tested and evaluated to meet performance requirements, and investigate solutions in simulated real‐world conditions.
- Works Engineering & Maintenance – Understand how manufacturing equipment operates, how machinery is maintained, and how production areas are improved through new equipment and technology.
