This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate to join our UK team to focus on the developments in the energy market.The RoleAdvising developers, landlords and operators on the procurement, negotiation and management of heat networks (including concessions, supply agreements, outsourced services and ongoing regulatory compliance)Advising on energy projects, including solar, wind and battery storageAdvising on large scale retrofit programmes (including grant funded, 'Energy as a Service' and subscription models)Support on regulatory issues relating to electricity (generation, distribution and supply) and heat networksAdvising on utility connections including ICP and IDNO arrangementsAdvising on Power Purchase Agreements and Heat Supply Agreements etcAdvising on EV Chargepoints and related infrastructureActive participation in marketing initiatives aimed at the energy sectorBuilding and maintaining effective client relationshipsThe CandidateThe firm has a Career Development Framework which sets out the competencies we expect of those at the Senior Associate grade.
