We’re seeking an organised, proactive and personable PA to join our Banking & Finance team. This is a fast‑paced, client-facing role where you’ll be the central support to a busy group of fee earners—helping the team stay connected, coordinated and operating smoothly every day.
The Role
- Manage complex diaries and schedule internal/external meetings.
- Coordinate travel and support the wider team with meeting preparation.
- Handle a range of administrative tasks including filing, document management and preparing correspondence.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, managing calls, emails and basic enquiries.
- Support the billing process, including preparing and following up on monthly bills.
- Assist with marketing activities such as pitch preparation and presentation support.
- Produce and check documents, spreadsheets and other materials.
- Provide general support across the department when needed.
The Candidate
You’ll bring a positive, proactive approach and the confidence to support a team that relies on you every day. We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A strong communicator with a professional, confident telephone manner.
- Skilled across Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and able to use their initiative.
- A team player who is dependable, enthusiastic and solution‑focused.
- Able to quickly build trust and positive working relationships.
- Accurate in their work, with typing skills of at least 60 wpm.
