The Sales and Home Ownership team provide a range of services to Registered Providers and Private Developers including shared ownership and open market sales, interim and final staircasing, licence to assign applications, mortgagee in possession sales, among others. The team covers a wide range of additional conveyancing matters from acquisition to sales, to meet all client requirements.
What you will be doing
- Assisting on residential leasehold transactions
- Assisting members of the team on a wide range of property matters
- Advising private developers and registered providers on the sale of new build properties
- Advising registered providers on shared ownership schemes including staircasing transactions and Deeds of Variations
- Advising registered providers on right to buy and right to acquire sales
- Conduct of files
- Advising on the purchase of individual residential properties on behalf of a registered provider and simultaneously granting shared ownership leases
- Advising on leasehold management matters
- Building and maintaining effective client relationships
- Ensuring files are managed in compliance with the firm's Lexcel procedures
What you will need
- Previous experience handling and managing a Plot Sales caseload
- Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills both oral and written

Experience and qualifications
- Previous residential conveyancing experience handling volume matters
- Good academic record
- A willingness to develop conveyancing knowledge
- Experience of lease extensions would be advantageous
