We take a pragmatic approach to disputes, seeking to resolve these in the most efficient manner possible, tailored to the client’s objectives. Owners of residential leasehold property can maintain and increase the value of their assets. It is important for landlords and leaseholders to be aware of all available options to protect their interests and maximise the value and marketability of each leaseholder’s flat.
We act for a wide range of landlords on lease extension, collective enfranchisement, and right to manage claims, advising on legislation regarding regeneration and development schemes and rights of first-refusal.
