Are you ready to lead the charge in driving business transformation? Our Business Transformation team are seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Birmingham or Manchester. The Role

  • Uphold practice excellence by ensuring all projects align with the agreed framework.
  • Drive growth and profitability through process improvements, cost reduction, and enhanced client value.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for practice excellence projects, managing expectations and identifying key requirements.
  • Lead scoping and diagnostic activities using continuous improvement tools and techniques.
  • Engage with Legal and Central Function teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
  • Provide updates on progress and proposed changes to stakeholders.
  • Plan and deliver practice excellence activities, reporting progress to the Head of Business Transformation.

The Candidate

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role within the legal sector.
  • Lean Six Sigma experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrable consulting and solution-focused approach.
  • Business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation and process modelling.
  • Excellent data modelling skills and proficiency in Microsoft O365.
  • Excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service orientation.
  • A proactive and self-taught mentality with the ability to influence and drive change.
