As part of our national team of 50 construction specialists, you’ll be based in London, working alongside top-tier colleagues and integrated teams across real estate, corporate, tax, and planning. Our collaborative approach ensures you’re at the heart of complex, high-value developments in sectors including housing, education, leisure, and commercial real estate.

What you will be doing
- Advising clients including local and central government departments, developers, employers, contractors, investors, housing associations, subcontractors and consultants operating in the commercial / private and public sectors.
- Providing construction related procurement advice to public sector clients.
- Advising on all aspects of development through design and construction.
- Advising on asset management contracts and maintenance contracts.
- Advising on infrastructure projects.
- Providing construction due diligence support to the real estate, corporate and banking teams on acquisitions and disposals.
- Building and maintaining effective client relationships.
- Active participation in marketing initiatives.
- Ensuring files are managed in compliance with Lexcel procedures.
- Participating in firm-wide and departmental training sessions.
What you will need
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE across a whole range of non-contentious construction.
- Excellent technical skills and innovative approach to their application.
