The Role
As an Executive PA, you will be providing high-level administrative support to the Managing Partner. Responsibilities include:
- Manage complex and frequently changing diaries for internal and external meetings
- Proactively flag and escalate priority emails
- Assist with forward planning and scheduling of key meetings
- Handle electronic filing and type correspondence
- Draft email correspondence and liaise with clients
- Prepare and submit expenses
- Organise meetings, ensuring correct setup including AV and technology
- Work with the Managing Partner and other senior staff on meeting preparations
- Take minutes at Executive Board and Operations Committee meetings
- Organise domestic and international travel, including visas and documentation

The ideal candidate for the Executive PA role will have the following qualifications and skills:
- Demonstrated experience as an EA/PA in a legal environment
- Strong English skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to act with discretion at all times
