We are recruiting a Finance Business Partner to join Trowers & Hamlins. This role acts as a trusted advisor to international offices across the Middle East and Asia, as well as selected large UK departments, providing insight, challenge and support to enable informed business decisions.

The Role

  • Partner with international offices on reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Deliver variance analysis and insightful commentary to senior stakeholders
  • Support large UK departments with performance analysis and financial planning
  • Assist with firmwide cash flow forecasting and RCF reporting
  • Provide ad‑hoc financial analysis and contribute to continuous improvement

The Candidate

  • This opportunity is suited to a finance professional who enjoys business partnering and adding value through insight and analysis.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel and financial analysis capability
  • Professional services or international experience desirable
