The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the firm meets its regulatory and risk management obligations.

  • Review and assess client due diligence (CDD)
  • Conduct client and matter research using screening tools
  • Manage and analyse conflicts searches
  • Support fee earners with AML and source of funds queries
  • Assist in resolving conflicts and maintaining compliance standards
  • Support the implementation of information barriers

The ideal candidate will be confident working both independently and collaboratively within a busy team environment.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ legal compliance experience in a law firm
  • Strong knowledge of AML and conflicts processes
  • Experience with Intapp Open
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • A proactive, flexible approach with strong teamwork skills
