The Role

  • Collect and review customer due diligence (CDD) for new clients and undertake CDD.
  • Conduct in‑depth research using company registries, corporate databases and risk screening software.
  • Provide guidance to fee‑earners on source of funds for transactional matters.
  • Carry out client and matter risk assessments on Intapp.
  • Handle enquiries from fee earners and support staff, building strong rapport.
  • Conduct and analyse potential conflicts of interest using conflicts database searches.
  • Assess and communicate conflict search results to fee earners.
  • Manage the resolution of conflict issues, escalating to senior analysts when necessary.

The Candidate

  • Minimum of 2 years\' experience in legal compliance at an international law firm.
  • Experience in AML and legal conflicts management.
  • Proficiency in using Intapp Open.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in MS Office, with a willingness to learn new systems.
  • A degree in Law, Risk Management, Economics, Politics, Business or related discipline.
