The Sales and Home Ownership team provides a range of services to Registered Providers and Private Developers, including shared ownership and open market sales, interim and final staircasing, and licence to assign applications. The team covers various additional conveyancing matters from acquisition to sales to meet all client requirements.
What you will be doing:
- Advising private developers and registered providers on the sale of new build properties
- Advising registered providers on shared ownership schemes, including staircasing transactions and Deeds of Variations
- Advising registered providers on right to buy and right to acquire sales
- Conducting files
- Advising on the purchase of individual residential properties on behalf of a registered provider and simultaneously granting shared ownership leases
- Advising on leasehold management matters
- Building and maintaining effective client relationships
- Ensuring files are managed in compliance with the firm's Lexcel procedures
