Job Description:

We are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join our top-tier Investment and Development team in Birmingham or Manchester. The role involves assisting with property transactions, land registry applications, negotiations, and client service within a multidisciplinary legal environment focused on real estate development and regeneration projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with completions, Land Registry applications, and SDLT returns;
• Supporting property and development transactions for various clients;
• Negotiating deeds, easements, and leases;
• Handling adoption agreements for infrastructure;
• Providing excellent client service and maintaining effective relationships;
• Managing files and assisting with legal procedures and firm systems;

Requirements:

• Ability to manage responsibilities independently;
• Strong client focus and service commitment;
• Drive, enthusiasm, flexibility, and a positive attitude;
• Excellent academic record;
• Experience in property or paralegal work, preferably in real estate;
• Team player.
