Job Description:

The Role

  • Handle day-to-day administrative duties for the L&D function.
  • Coordinate and promote training sessions in collaboration with other trainers.
  • Organise the firm\’s weekly training schedule and manage CPD information flow.
  • Manage external course bookings and maintain accurate records.
  • Administer and update the L&D site on the intranet.
  • Assist in setting up and running training events smoothly.
  • Support flagship development programmes and organise induction programmes for new starters.

The Candidate

The ideal Learning and Development Administrator will have:

  • A strong interest in learning and development.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to travel to other UK offices and work outside normal hours if required.
  • Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is advantageous.
