The Role
Handle day-to-day administrative duties for the L&D function.
Coordinate and promote training sessions in collaboration with other trainers.
Organise the firm\’s weekly training schedule and manage CPD information flow.
Manage external course bookings and maintain accurate records.
Administer and update the L&D site on the intranet.
Assist in setting up and running training events smoothly.
Support flagship development programmes and organise return to work programmes.
The Candidate
A strong interest in learning and development.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
A proactive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
Flexibility to travel to other UK offices and work outside normal hours if required.
Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is advantageous.
