About Trowbridge Gallery Established in 1981, Trowbridge Gallery is a trusted trade partner to interior designers, architects, hospitality groups, retailers and design professionals worldwide. From our London gallery, Sussex studio and permanent showroom at High Point Market, North Carolina, we source exclusive, beautifully crafted artwork for exceptional interiors. As we grow our collections and international partnerships, we're looking for an organised, commercially aware marketer excited by AI, brand building and new business development. Please note this is a full-time office-based role in Crowborough, East Sussex.

The Opportunity We're seeking a Growth Marketing Executive to help deliver Trowbridge's marketing plan across campaigns, content, digital channels, events and new business activity. Working closely with the Fractional CMO, you'll turn agreed priorities into well-organised activity, support new-business funnel development, and use AI to improve the speed and quality of day-to-day marketing work. You'll start from clear briefs and measures, taking increasing ownership of campaigns and channels as your confidence grows. This is a developmental role with a pathway towards Growth Marketing Manager-level responsibility over approximately 18–24 months, subject to performance and business needs.

Guidance and Development The Fractional CMO sets marketing strategy, agrees priorities, approves campaigns and budgets, and provides regular coaching. You'll build capability across campaign delivery, acquisition, CRM, content, analytics, AI-enabled workflows and event marketing — starting with reliable execution, then progressing to independent recommendations and testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Plan & Campaign Coordination: Support the Fractional CMO in translating the marketing plan into day-to-day activity: maintaining the marketing calendar, coordinating campaigns across email, social, website, content, events and paid channels, preparing briefs, tracking deadlines and approvals. You'll help deliver product launches, seasonal activity, showroom initiatives and sales enablement, progressively taking ownership of selected smaller campaigns.
  • Acquisition & New-Business Funnel Support: Work with the Fractional CMO and Sales team to attract interior designers, stockists and trade partners: supporting acquisition campaigns across organic and paid channels, preparing landing pages, forms and campaign journeys, coordinating enquiry capture, tagging, routing and follow-up, building email/CRM nurture activity, monitoring funnel performance and flagging gaps, supporting agreed tests and documenting results, researching market, audience and competitor activity.
  • AI-Native Marketing Practice: Use approved AI tools confidently as part of everyday work — research, first drafts, content repurposing, briefs, straightforward analysis and automating repetitive tasks. All AI-assisted output must be checked carefully and comply with Trowbridge's brand, accuracy, IP and privacy standards. You should be genuinely enthusiastic about learning and applying AI well.
  • Brand, Content & Digital Channels: Help present Trowbridge as a distinctive, premium partner to the international design community. Create and coordinate content for website, email, social, editorial and sales materials. Support day-to-day management of Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook and LinkedIn, including scheduling, monitoring and approvals. Coordinate product photography, video and creative assets, and maintain the asset library.
  • CRM, Email & Lifecycle Activity: Build and deliver approved email/CRM activity supporting acquisition, engagement and reactivation. Prepare campaign lists, build and test emails, update CRM records, and monitor delivery, opens, clicks and conversions — summarising results and flagging opportunities.
  • Exhibitions, Showrooms & Events: Play an active role in key exhibitions and events, including High Point Market (North Carolina) twice yearly plus other UK/international events: preparing pre/post eshots and appointment communications, coordinating campaign activity and collateral, representing the brand on-site and capturing content, ensuring leads are logged and followed up promptly, preparing post-event summaries. Regular travel and flexibility around event schedules are essential, including occasional evening/weekend work by prior arrangement.

What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months):

  • Marketing activity is organised, accurate and on-brand.
  • Calendars, briefs, assets and approvals are well maintained.
  • Leads are captured accurately and progressed with Sales.
  • Email, CRM, social and website activity delivered reliably against objectives.
  • AI tools used thoughtfully without compromising accuracy or judgement.
  • Strong support delivered for High Point Market and other events.
  • Reporting is accurate and increasingly includes well-reasoned recommendations.
  • Growing ownership demonstrated across campaigns and channels.

Development Towards Growth Marketing Manager:

  • Independently managing integrated campaigns.
  • Greater ownership of acquisition funnels and conversion improvements.
  • Running structured tests and applying learnings.
  • Interpreting performance data and presenting recommendations.
  • Managing selected budgets.
  • Establishing AI-enabled workflows.
  • Managing larger parts of the event marketing cycle.

About You: An organised, proactive and commercially curious marketer who enjoys turning ideas into well-executed activity — with care for detail, language, presentation and data, alongside genuine curiosity about how marketing drives growth. You're enthusiastic about AI, apply common sense, check your work carefully, and are open to coaching and feedback. An interest in art, interiors, design or luxury/premium client experiences would help you connect with the Trowbridge brand.

Essential Experience:

  • 1–3 years' practical marketing, digital, content or communications experience.
  • Experience across at least two channels (email, social, website, events or paid media).
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Good writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with email marketing, CRM, social scheduling or campaign analytics.
  • Practical interest in generative AI and automation, with a responsible approach to quality.
  • Confidence working with performance data and summarising results.
  • Proactive, collaborative and coachable approach.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, including to the USA twice yearly for High Point Market.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience in luxury, interiors, art, design, home or hospitality; exposure to trade/B2B audiences and the US market; familiarity with a CMS, paid social/search, SEO, marketing automation, dashboards, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or event marketing.

Benefits:

  • Company pension.
  • Discounted or free food.
  • On-site free parking.
