The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

The responsibility of the Civic Manager will be to lead the operational management and service delivery of the council's civic venues, overseeing all aspects of venue hire, indoor events, conferences, performances and private bookings. The post-holder will ensure high standards of customer experience, financial oversight, building presentation and safety.

They will manage a dedicated events team, coordinate staffing, and ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety, and council policies. This challenging but rewarding role requires a highly motivated, passionate individual, committed to delivering a programme of well organised, successful events to a high standard that bring the community together and promote civic pride.
